What information is processed?

If you email us, we receive your email address and any name, role, business details or message content you provide. The email buttons open your own email application; this website has no enquiry submission backend.

When you visit, the hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, requested page, browser details and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

Why is it processed?

We use enquiry information to reply and discuss services. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other business correspondence and site security, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating a secure business website, Article 6(1)(f). Where legal recordkeeping is required, Article 6(1)(c) applies.

Who helps provide the service?

The website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. Business email is handled through Google Workspace. These providers may process information on our behalf and use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Applicable transfer protections may include an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts or newsletter tracking. Fonts and graphics are served with the website. Hosting security features may process technical data. Opening an external link or sending an email is subject to the relevant provider’s own practices.

How long is information kept?

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship or dispute. Contract and accounting records are kept for the periods required by applicable law. Retention depends on the purpose and any legal requirements; you can contact us about your specific data.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of UODO, or your relevant local supervisory authority. See uodo.gov.pl.

Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we need a reply address to respond. Enquiries are not used for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Before an audit begins

Access to business systems, confidentiality and any required data processing arrangements are agreed separately before work starts. Please do not send passwords or customer datasets with an initial enquiry.
