Make the proof as clear as the product.
What we observed, what it could mean and what we would test next.
Based on the public site review and screenshots captured on that date. Not a current state audit, client engagement or claim of business impact. We had no internal analytics or customer data; the site may have changed.
What the public review recorded
The product page snapshot showed a customer count claim near the top and an empty review widget elsewhere. This is a visible consistency issue to investigate. A widget can be empty because of loading, consent settings, product mapping or configuration; it does not establish that the business has no reviews.
One product, several prices
The review recorded three price points for one can of SHARP:
| Recorded offer | Per can |
|---|---|
| List price | €2.70 |
| Promotional price | €2.16 |
| Subscription | €1.89 |
Deposits, delivery charges and eligibility need to be checked separately. These are historical advertised prices, not a test purchase or current quote.
What I would check first
- Reproduce the review widget state on another device, with consent accepted and with a clean session.
- Identify the source and date of each rating or customer count claim.
- Check that each review is attached to the correct product and market.
- Check the full payable price, including deposit and delivery, before checkout.
Subscription frequency deserves a test
The review recorded a 24 can option with a two week interval. That is about 1.7 cans a day. It could suit some customers; we cannot infer cancellation behaviour without data.
Test explaining who each interval suits, with an easy way to choose a slower delivery schedule. Do not change every customer’s default without examining actual usage and reorder patterns.
A practical first month plan
- Resolve any reproducible review inconsistencies.
- Clarify the price, deposit, shipping and renewal schedule together.
- Compare a sampler led first purchase with the larger subscription offer.
- Test a dedicated office offer if operational capacity and margins support it.
How to measure it
Product page conversion, sampler to repeat conversion, subscription skips and cancellations, and support questions about price or timing. Keep situation based product positioning; make the evidence and purchase terms easier to follow.
