What stands out

Puori’s testing and transparency story provides a concrete reason to consider the brand. The September snapshot led with a product launch rather than that broader reason to choose it.

That is not automatically wrong: a returning customer may want launch news. The test is whether new visitors understand the brand’s distinctive promise quickly enough.

The recorded price example

The review recorded PW1 at €64, approximately €2.13 per serving, with a subscription equivalent of about €1.71 per serving. It also noted a possible mismatch between subscription discount copy and the EU price shown.

Before calling this an error, check the exact SKU, market, offer eligibility and whether the text refers to another plan.

Visible friction to reproduce

The captured session showed a region selection step and areas of the page that appeared empty. These may depend on consent, location, network or loading state. Test them on real devices before attributing them to a site wide defect.

  • Can a new visitor get to the appropriate regional shop without unnecessary steps?
  • Do the community and recipe sections load after consent?
  • Are navigation and footer links valid in the selected market?
  • Is the subscription discount described consistently from product page to basket?

Recommended positioning test

For new visitors, test a first screen led by the brand’s product testing proposition, supported by a direct route to the actual evidence. Compare it with the launch led version. Do not add medical, safety or comparative claims that cannot be substantiated.

Recommended improvement order

  1. Reproduce and fix technical or regional inconsistencies.
  2. Make subscription terms and delivery information easy to find.
  3. Test the evidence led hero with first time visitors.
  4. Connect product education to a clear first order offer.

How to measure it

First time visitor conversion, evidence page engagement, product page progression, customer questions and contribution per order. The recommendation is to make existing proof easier to use, not manufacture a new brand story.
